NUESTROS ORÍGENES
Located in La Palma del Condado, Bodegas MAM was born as an innovative winery, destined to make signature and modern wines, as have been its first two brands: Tragantía Zalema, a single-varietal wine made from the native grape of the County, grown in the freedom of the Huelva countryside, bathed by the sea breeze of the Atlantic Ocean and harvested in August to preserve the aromas of white fruits typical of the variety, and its great Albaleia Colombard, the first single-varietal wine of this grape in Huelva, a French grape variety destined in the Champagne area to make cognac, but which when grown in Huelva gives very complex, intense, glyceric and full-bodied young wines, a high-end white wine that seduces you and tells you that in Huelva there is a lot of wine-growing history, really.
TRAGANTÍA ZALEMA
“I am the tragantía
daughter of the Moorish king,
whoever hears me sing
will not see the light of day
nor the night of San Juan”
ALBALEIA COLOMBARD
“I went out to sea
in search of a wave
that could make you fall in love,
as I didn’t find it,
on the way back
I created this wine
that will make you dream”
