VIEW: Golden yellow, clean and bright appearance.
NOSE: Intense and fresh aromas, with a background of herbaceous notes and wild herbs.
MOUTH: Citrus flavors stand out, Round, powerful, dense, with intense herbaceous and spicy nuances.
AFTERTASTE: Long and very pleasant finish, between bitter and sweet.
Wine par excellence for an aperitif. Perfect in its traditional combination with olives, any type of pickle, lupins, or nuts.
Its wine base harmoniously balances fattier tapas such as ham or cheese, or saltier ones, such as tuna loin or anchovies. Being made from a wine of proven quality, we also recommend tasting it on its own.
As a cocktail: glass, ice, piece of orange, 3 parts Vermú Niña Lola and 1 part Gin Peltier (very citrusy and fresh gin from our house). It will make it a special cocktail to open the harmony with a meeting of friends or family.
